This is part 2 of the 'Henchmen Games' series.  You can find the whole series here.  glad101.deviantart.com/gallery…

It had been a couple of weeks after the Henchmen games had taken place in the NightoSphere. It had also been a couple of weeks that Marceline and Finn had started dating; as well as living together.  Those weeks had been the most wonderful days of his life, now that his body had changed into an older version of himself. He still felt young, but his adult body still took some getting used to.

He still didn’t understand how his now adult body worked. He would feel a weird sensation in his lower stomach area when Marceline wore shorts or some of her more revealing clothing.  This was something that had never happened before.  He would have to leave the room at times and go wait out in the bathroom until the feeling was gone. Sometimes it wouldn’t go away until he took a cold shower.

He wanted to talk to Jake about it, but he felt embarrassed and it wasn’t really easy to just get up and leave lately… Marceline was very distrustful which he kind of understood.  Especially since she knew what he did to Flame Princess.  Maybe she thought since he was young and childish he would end up doing so again and the end product would be her getting hurt.

“Finn?” Marceline knocked on the bathroom door. Making him jump out of his thoughts, “What are you doing in there? I thought you had taken a shower earlier today.”  “Uh, yeah, I did, but I needed another.”  He replied as he turned off the water and wrapped a towel around his lower body. “This new body of mine sweats more than it used too.”  He laughed as he exited out the bathroom to find Marceline with her hands crossed over her chest as her appreciative eyes roamed his body. Finn blushes a second and says, “So…what’s up?”  She replies, “Nothing, I just think your acting weird lately.”  “I’m sorry Marcy.” He leaned in close and kissed her lightly on the lips.  She melted into the kiss; wrapping her arms around his shoulders making him shiver and the ache start once again now that their bare skins were making contact. He pulled away quickly, before something made contact with Marceline.

“I-I…I need to go to see Jake!” he moved away quickly, moving to the room which had his clothes.  Marceline looked at him tersely and says, “Finn, are you really going to Jake’s?”  He loved Marceline, but she had become so unsure.  She questioned everything about what he did. She was always jealous when he went out to rescue Princesses or when he had to talk to Princess Bubblegum. This was nothing like the sure Queen he had known and loved.

Was it because he was young?

Once he managed to change into his clothes and get his mind off Marceline’s bare skin touching his skin, he set off to Jake’s.  He was going to ask Jake about what to do about Marceline’s jealousy and her distrust… and maybe ask him about the ache that always happened when he and Marceline touched.  “I am so glad everything is over Finn.” Jake started after they got out of his house, far from where his girlfriend and some of his kids might hear. “I finally got the courage to tell Lady that I had died at the henchman games.”

Finn looked at his hands, then up at Jake. “I thought you had told me you weren’t going to tell her, because all it would do was making her sick with worry.” Jake says, “Well Finn, something that you might find out soon is that: a relationship is based on trust. If there is no trust in a relationship then there is nothing. If I didn’t tell her…it would be as if I was lying to her.”  Finn replies, “So how did she take it?”   Jake says, “She was a little worried for a while, then she sort of yelled at me, but then she forgave me and we had a great time after that.” He said as he wiggled his eyebrows.

Finn smashed his eyebrows together in confusion at Jake’s insinuation. “Well, I guess that’s good.” He replied the first thing that came to his mind. “Yeah, very good.” Jake replied with a smile. “So what’s up bro’?” He asked as he got more comfortable.  “I don’t know Jake.” He replied as he chickened out of what he was going to tell him about his urges.  “Is it about Marceline?”  Finn looked up at Jake immediately. “What about Marceline?”  Jake looked away, fidgeting nervously. “No, no, nothing. What was it you wanted to talk about?”  “Jake, what about Marceline? Why did you bring her up?”  Jake remained fidgety, but he took in a deep breath, “Bro’ don’t kill me, but it’s easy to tell that your relationship with her isn’t going to well.” He placed his hand on Finn’s shoulder.  “I don’t understand.” Finn replied, “I thought everything was fine.” But he knew deep down it wasn’t. Marceline wasn’t as she had been before when they were just friends. Everything was so complicated now.

“I know you know that the way she acts with you isn’t normal.  A girlfriend trusts her boyfriend; if neither can trust each other then… the relationship doesn’t work out.”  He paused, “A relationship is based on trust, Finn.” He squeezed Finn’s shoulder, “We both know she’s older and she has her reasons behind her distrust, but maybe you need to…”  Finn stood up quickly taking Jake completely by surprise, “I have to go Jake! Thank you so much for your advice.”  No… problem?” Jake replied as Finn ran away from him waving over his shoulder.

“Where could have Finn gone off too?” Marceline said to herself as she floated back and forth. “Maybe I should go looking for him.” She looked at the entrance of her cave; sunlight was still somewhat coming in. She went to her room and found her long gloves and her sunhat, as well as her umbrella. She was going out to Jake’s to see what was taking Finn so long to return home.  What if he’s dating someone else? She thought.  He wouldn’t do that, not unless… Bubblegum. Finn probably still has feelings for her and he wanted to go see her. Finn wouldn’t do that.  He loves me. She consoled herself.  You haven’t been the greatest girlfriend to him and you know it. Her mind whispered.  Plus he hasn’t touched you since you two got together.

With a hefty sigh she ran her fingers through her long hair. Maybe she was just stressed?  She had a great guy with a hot bod and she couldn’t get any.  Who was she kidding?  She knew she wasn’t being the best girlfriend to Finn, but she couldn’t help it.  She loved him too much and after what happened with Ash… How could she trust anyone anymore?  She really did try her best in trusting Finn, but she couldn’t.  No matter what she did…

Before she talked herself out of being crazy and obsessive over Finn, she was already at Jake’s and Lady Rainacorn’s house. “Hi, Jake, is Finn here?” She asked as soon as Jake opened the door to his home.  Looking a little nervous while standing behind the door, his face pinched into a smaller proportion than normal. “Noo…” He mumbled.  “He left here a couple of hours ago,”  He said in a very low voice.  Marceline’s face turned into a Demon’s, “He what!” she asked a little angrily.  “Where is he headed?”  Jake jerked back, shrinking in size, “I don’t know. He left in a hurry.”  Then as if with courage he grew taller than his original size, almost to her same height. “Now, Marceline, Finn is a hero and he is needed in Ooo. If you can’t control your distrustfulness and jealousy with him…I think it would be better to just let him go. He's my brother, and you’re our friend, but I can’t sit back and watch as you make him feel sad and confused.”

Her face returned to normal, “Did he tell you he was sad and confused?” She asked sadly.  Jake shook his head, sympathizing. “He didn’t, but I know my brother. He didn’t really speak much when he was here.” He returned to normal, but his face was full of concern for Finn.  Taking a deep breath she whispered, “So you don’t know where he went?”  Jake shook his head, “I’m sorry.”  With a sad wave she started making her way back home to wait for Finn to return to her.

“So you’re telling me that you haven’t heard of a fountain that makes you older?” Finn asked.  Turtle Princess replied, “I’ve never heard of a fountain that makes you older… but I have heard of the fountain that makes you younger.  It’s called the Fountain of Youth.”  She hands Finn an old leather-bound book with a carved picture of a fountain and chalice.  “But I have heard that there is always a counterpart to everything in this land.”  Finn replies, “Thanks Turtle Princess.”  He sat in the closest table while looking into the book.  Finn read about the Fountain of Youth, and how everyone back in those times coveted it, and they would go on adventures to find it; many died on their quest.  Thinking of the awesome adventure he told Turtle Princess that he was going to be taking the book.  Walking home with the book in his hand and his nose glued to the pages he continued reading as he ignored the world around him.

“Pst…”

Looking up from his book, Finn looked around. When he saw nothing, he shrugged and continued reading.

“Pst!”

That time Finn knew he had heard it and immediately stuffed the book in his backpack with the experience of a fighter and immediately got his sword; already in his fighting stance. “Who’s there?”  A whispery male voice said hidden from sight says, “I heard what you’re looking for, a fountain that contains water that makes you older.”  Finn lowered his hand that had the sword, “How do you know?”  The muffled voice replies, “I was in the library when you asked the turtle about what you needed. I can tell you where it is if you really want to know.”

Finn gets a look of determination in his face. “Of course I want to know.  Where is it?”  The voice replies, “First I have to ask: Why do you want to become older? You are already a grown man. Many men your age want only to become young once more.”  Finn looks at the ground with a bit of sadness.  “I am not as old as I appear.  I am only a boy, in this grown body.”  He gestured at his body.  “I’m doing it for my girlfriend. I love her, but she does not trust me because I am young. I think she believes I will hurt her with my childish ideas.  “Ah…so you’re doing it for someone else?  You are not after greed or malignance?”

Finn looks at the forest tersely.  “Of course not! I am a hero and I could never think of doing anything wrong for the land. I only want my girlfriend to trust me and love me as much as I love her. I want to go out and know that she doesn't worry that I am out doing something I am not supposed too.”  Finn sees something shuffling around in the trees. “Show yourself.”  The muffled voice says, “I hope you understand that I cannot reveal myself to you, but I will tell you where to go to find what you seek.”  There is a moment of silence.  “But I do ask that on your journey you speak to everyone you met. Tell them what you have told me and just like I will, they will also lead you in the right direction.”

“Didn't you just say you were going to tell me where to go to fin—” The voice interrupts.  “I will only give you enough information to get you started on this journey.”  Finn replies with a bit of perplexity.  “Why?”  “I have my reasons.” He paused for a couple of seconds before starting up. “Now go home, pack and wait for my indication tomorrow.”  “How do I know this isn’t just some sort of scam of yours?”  He laughed, “You don’t, but that is why I am only going to tell you enough to get you started on this journey…then if you think that it is just a scam then you can stop and go back home.”  “So will you tell me now?”  “No, go home and get some rest first. Then I will find you and give you the details.”  Finn grumbles and then says, “Fine.”

It was still sunny out so as he got home he found Marceline asleep floating on their bed. With a soft kiss on her forehead, he exited out of the room in order not to wake her.  He went to his new weapons room the one he had stocked in her house and found some light carry-on weapons as well as clothes to stuff in his backpack, just in case it took more than a couple of days.

Marceline followed Finn after he kissed her forehead. She hadn't really been asleep, but when he had gotten home she quickly flew to her room to pretend to be sleeping.  She saw him enter his new weapons room that they had both stocked up together after he decided to move in with her.  It wasn't compared to what he had at the treehouse, but it was just a precaution.  He packed clothes too.  That sent a cold chill run down her spine. Was he leaving her?

He stood there looking at his backpack and as he nodded to himself with a smile. He couldn't be planning on leaving her.  She loved him and she wasn't about to give up on him that easily.  He stretched his long muscular arms and yawned.

Flying quickly upstairs again she lay in bed waiting for him to come to her side. Closing her eyes she pretended to be asleep.  Finn entered the room and as he made his nightly routine before joining her in bed.  He took his shirt off, something he had never done. He usually slept in some red PJs but today he didn't even bother.

She swallowed down a lump in her throat. This was more tempting than ever before.  She was trying to quench her thoughts of him until he at least knew what was going on, but he was sure making it hard to keep her from just teaching him.

He laid beside her his hands behind his head as he looked at the ceiling.  What could he have been thinking about?  He sighed and turned to his side and pulled her to his chest to keep her from floating. “I love you Marceline.” He mumbled; kissing her lightly on her cheek he closed his eyes. “Very much,” he slurred with sleep.

After a couple of minutes of listening to his deep sleep breathing, she pulled away sadly. If he loved her why was he going to leave her? Why didn’t he say a thing about where he might go? Sure, she pretended to be sleeping; but he had woke her up before to tell her he was going on an adventure.  Sighing she floated on top of Finn. She used to do this all the time when he lived in the tree house. She just loved to watch him sleep. Sleep brought out the vulnerable side of even the toughest person as well as it brought out their innocence.  She had stayed awake all night, not that it was anything new to her, as she paced back and forth debating what to do.  Would she stay behind and let the worry and insecurities eat away at her?  Or was she going to store herself away in Finn’s backpack and just go on the journey with him and see what he was really up too?

It was early in the morning. The sun was out and by the way the shadow of the sunlight came into the cave it was a little before ten o’clock. Finn looked at the space next to him in bed. He saw Marceline sleep floating. Her long black hair was the only part of her that actually rested on the bed.  With a smile on his face, he leaned over to Marceline about to kiss her lightly before he started his day. Yet, looking out the window again he saw the slant of the sunlight entering the cave. He needed to get going and kissing Marceline would only wake her up. He needed to get out of there as soon as possible.  Biting back a yawn, he tiptoed out of the room and hurried out of there.  No bathroom stop.  No breakfast.  All he did was go straight ahead for his backpack.  He stopped immediately before even reaching the weapons room.  He did have enough time to at least get some food.  Jake always told him he needed protein and now that his body was bigger he was hungry all the time.  With a quick snatch of fruit from the fridge he hurried of to the weapons room for his things.  Opening the door to exit the house, he turned back and looked up stairs to the bedroom Marceline and he shared. “I’m doing this for us.”  He whispered determinedly, before softly closing the door behind him.

Doing this for us are you? Marceline thought a little grumpily.

“Where are you?”  Finn called out loudly; he had been walking in circles and he was growing impatient. “Come on, you said you were going to find me. Now where are you? I’ve been walking around in circles waiting for you to show yourself.”  He sighed, “I knew this was just a waste of time.”   “I see you didn’t believe.” The male voice from the other night said in a laughing voice.  Finn whirled around toward where the voice had come from. “I did, but then once I walked out here and you didn’t say a thing. I thought: Maybe I am as gullible as he thought.”  He laughed, “It was a test to see if you believed or not.  Which you went on longer than expected.”

“Are you going to tell me now?”  The muffled voice replied, “I suppose. Since you’ve come this far.”  The bushes shuffled and out came a flying scroll that landed right in front of Finn’s foot.  “Take it; it’s part of the map you need.  It is only to get you started.  The rest of the map will only come to you through the people you come in contact with and you tell them what you’re after and why. They will help you if they see you really mean it or need it.”  Finn replies, “Thanks for this. You don’t know how much it means to me.”  With a happier pace now that he got at least some information and could somewhat feel like it was more credible he looked at the map and followed it.  He thought of Marceline.  He was doing it for her.  For them.

It had been a while and Marceline had only heard the crunching sounds Finn’s footsteps made. There were no voices, no anything. She was wondering when she should just come out and surprise him. But after so much thought she wanted to surprise him in the act. She wanted to catch him red handed.  “Uh, excuse me!”  Finn’s voice sounded a little muffled as the vibrations of his voice brought her out of her thoughts. “Hey!” He ran a little ways, shaking her and all the other contents in his backpack up and down. “Hi, I wonder if you can help me.  I’m looking for something and all I need are directions.”  An older man replied in a very jolly voice, “Sure friend, where do you need to go?”  “I need to go to this fountain.” There was the sound of paper wiggling. “This is the only part of the map I have.”

The man’s voice changed dramatically, so much so that Marceline wanted to peak out to see if it was another man speaking. “Why do you want to go to this fountain in the first place?”  He asked stonily.  She felt Finn jerk back a tiny bit, remaining silent for a moment.  Go on tell him. Tell him why you are here. We are both waiting for your answer. You cheat!

Finn sighed, the expanding of his lungs and back made her realize that he was about to start.  “I need it.  I need it to get older.  I never really wanted something more than now.”  The older man’s voice says, “Older why?”  Yeah, why Finn? She thought as she crossed her little bat arms over her chest.  “Well, as you can see I look older now, but I am young.  My soul is anyway and… I love my girlfriend, but I think she would trust and love me more if I get older.  As in animum et corpus et animam/mind, body, and soul.”  Her arms fell to her side as he took her by surprised.  Here Finn was going around looking for a stupid fountain to make him older for her, while she was thinking badly of him. She felt like a low down scum, very low.  Even lower a scum than Ash.  He was doing this for her and she was distrusting him. The very reason why he was out there in the first place.
Moving to the side of the backpack that was against Finn’s back she lightly caressed his back as tears came to her eyes.  Oh Finn.  She didn’t deserve Finn.  He was a loyal person. How could she ever compare him to Ash?  She was stupid for ever doing so.

Ash didn’t come close to Finn. He wasn’t even in the same scale as Finn. Yet she hadn’t been able to see it before. Well she had, but someone that was wronged in a relation was very cautious of the others.  She loved Finn very much but she didn’t feel as she deserved him at all. Maybe instead of making his life confusing and terrible, she should just end their relationship then and there… “Here you go.” The man she still had not seen said in a softer voice than before. “Take this piece of the map. It will take you further on your quest.” There was some shuffling, before the man started again. “This fountain isn’t about aging as you think. It is for what you most desire. Be very careful for what you desire. There is no reversing the effects.” The man warned.

Finn thanked the man for his assistance before continuing on his journey. “I am so close. I can just feel it.” He spoke to himself in excitement.  Inside of Finn’s pack, Marceline felt her heart twist painfully in her chest at the sound of his excitement.
She wanted to come out of his backpack and tell him not to do it, but each time she got the courage to come out, he came across someone else and just like the last time, he would say the same story to everyone; only branding it deeper into her heart.  She couldn’t take it anymore. She needed to tell him not to do it.

He needed only one more piece of the map to go. He was so excited. He was now going to live in harmony with Marceline without worrying that she thought he was doing something wrong because he was young and unpredictable. He would then be older and much more trustworthy for her.

“Just one more piece to this map,” He said out loud!  He stopped unexpectedly. “I hope you like it, Marceline,” he mumbled. With another sigh he looked around seeing some wild flowers. The deep blood red color of some of the flowers made him wish he had gotten some for Marceline that morning.  Sure, he didn’t know if she liked flowers, but from what Jake had told him about his relationship with Lady was that she loved it when he gave her flowers. So he might have been doing something right since they had been together for years now.  Maybe he could have someone send the flowers to Marceline? Smiling hugely he moved towards the flowers and started picking the reddest, most beautiful ones he saw. He needed something to wrap around them.  Maybe a rubber band?  Did he have one of those in his backpack? He was pretty sure if he dug around in there he would find it.

“Hello there stranger!”  He had been about to remove his backpack to dig around for the rubber band or something to hold the flowers together, when the voice had taken him by surprise, but he didn’t show it. He looked up and smiled at the tiny woman that was leaning against a rake. “Oh, hi! I didn’t see you there,” he replied.

“I see you have helped yourself with some of my red Amaryllis flowers.”  Finn looked at the flowers in his hands and thought about tucking them behind his back, but that only made him feel guiltier, “I’m so sorry. I thought they were wild flowers.”

The woman looked at him closer, the smile on her face not once wavering. “Who are they for?”  Finn replied, “I, um, they are for my girlfriend.”  “What a lucky woman she is.” She said as she looked him up and down, “Pride and determination, as well as a couple other things is what that flower symbolizes.” She gestured at all the rest, “You could have picked out any other flower, yet you picked up that one.” She paused just long enough to let him think. “Shows a lot of who you are,” she paused, “your character.”

“Thank you Miss.” He finally smiled genuinely, “How much do you want for them?” He asked, since he had just messed with her flowers. “Keep them; I love it when people appreciate my work.”  “Thank you so much. I’m really sorry.” He waved at the woman as he started back on his trail. “I could send them for you.”

He stopped and look back at the woman, “You could do that?” he asked hesitantly. “Sure, just tell me where and who she is and I’ll take them myself.” She shrugged, “Who better to take care of flowers on a trip than the person who grew them?”  “Thank you so much! I really appreciate everything you’re doing for me.” Handing her the flowers he told her where and who she was going to hand them too. He thanked her again, before continuing on his journey. Detours, though time consuming, were very rewarding; especially when he could imagine Marceline’s face as she saw the flowers.

He imagined her excited and happy as she received the flowers. He grinned to himself, he had never thought he was going to ever be so mushy about feelings; but now he couldn't find enough ways to make Marceline happy.

It wasn't long until he heard splashing water. Could that be what he was looking for? He looked around, but he was sure he wasn't anywhere near a body of water. He was close! He could hear it.  So with excitement coursing through his body he started jogging to where he heard the noise. The closer he got the louder it was heard…

It had been a while now that Finn had started jogging. This was it. She could hear the water getting closer and closer. She still didn’t know when would be the right time to come out and tell him she loved him the way he was. He didn’t need to change. It was her who needed to change.  And change she had.

She had been so distrustful of Finn, only because of her past lovers. He had no fault in any of it, yet he was paying for others mistakes; only because she had placed all men in the same category. She loved bad boys and she always ended up getting hurt, but Finn wasn’t a bad boy. He was one of the good guys and maybe finally her cycle of pain would finally be over. He was nothing like those other guys. He was so much better.

He proved it with his actions every day.

Just about when she was about to come out…she felt Finn stop abruptly, making her hit the side of his back with force. Rubbing her head, she heard him gasp and take a couple of slow steps forward. But once again he stopped only because someone called out to him.  “I see that you have come so far young one.” A man’s voice said.  She narrowed her eyes, she remembered that voice…  “I have, so that is what you look like?”  There was a scoff, “You imagined me taller?”  Finn let out a laugh, “No, just a little…meaner I suppose.” He shrugged, “So I've made it. What now?”

Marceline looked out of Finn’s backpack for the first time in the entire ride, but now she felt like she had to. She recognized that voice from somewhere. She just couldn't put her finger on it. But she couldn't see him; Finn’s broad shoulders blocked her entire view and getting out more would only burn her skin.

“You have made it, but there is always a catch to everything.” The man sighed.

“What is it?” Finn asked cautiously.  “Well, for the first thing…this isn’t a fountain of aging. Which is what you had wanted; this is a wishing well.”  “Someone mentioned it to me,” Finn replied in the same tone as before.  “I see…did they mention it is only for wishes that you most desire?”

“Yes.”

“Did they tell you that sometimes these wishes can get out of hand if not wished for properly?” The man took a deep breath, “You see that is why this wishing well has been kept secret. You are going to wish yourself older, but how old? You could just say: ‘I wish to be older.’ and end up being a hundred years old. Or even worse; dust in the wind.”

“But…I have to do it.” Finn replied his determination faltering.  “Have you thought of talking to her? And telling her how you feel? Or how she makes you feel?”  Finn jerked back, “What do you mean?”  Her ears perked up at the sound of his voice. Did Finn sound nervous?  “You know what I mean.” The man said. “Do you feel weird when you’re around her? As if you need to do something and you don’t understand what it is?” The man asked. “Yeah, but that’s because this body is new and I haven’t gotten used to it,” He replied self-consciously.  “Maybe if you spoke to her about it, she could have helped you out.”  “You are just trying to talk me out of the wishing well. I want to drink it or whatever I have to do.” Finn started walking again.

This was her moment. It was still light out, but she still had to do it. “Finn.” She didn’t exit his backpack, but she placed a tiny hand against his back. “Don’t do it Finn.”  “M-Marceline?” He immediately took off his backpack and knelt down on one knee as he opened it carefully, using his broad shoulders as cover from the sun. He asked as he saw her in her tiny bat form, “W-what are you doing here?”

Tears welled up in her eyes. “I’m sorry Finn. I’m sorry for not trusting you!”  She cried. “I know I was wrong…can you please forgive me?”  “What are you talking about Marceline?”  “I don’t want you to change for me! I love you just the way you are Finn.” She touched his hand with her little one.  “I have to Marceline, for us.” He placed the backpack in a shady place, before moving past to the well.

"I never released you from when you agreed to be my henchman! I order you to stop.”  Finn stopped and looked at her. “Marceline…” He had a hurt expression on his face.  “As my henchman, you have to listen to me.” She replied stonily.  “And as your henchman I have given my oath to obey.” He replied sadly.  She hated seeing the look on his face of hurt. So ignoring that the sun was still out, she flew to him and wrapped her tiny arms around his neck as she buried her face into his collar bone. “I love you so much Finn.” She cried. “Why didn’t you tell me you felt weird when you were near me?” she replied somewhat hurt. Did he not like seeing her?

Finn immediately took cover under a shady tree to protect her. “Because it’s embarrassing… I get this weird feeling when you touch me and well…it hurts sometimes and the only way it goes away is when I take a cold shower.”  This surprised her, “Finn…does it feel weird near your lower stomach?”  “Yeah, but it’s more than that.  I can feel the blood rush to my face, and my arms and legs get all tingly.  I feel a driving ache all over my body, when I see your… body… and some of it gets better when we touch, and some of it gets worse… is there something wrong with me?”  “Of course not Finn! There is nothing wrong with you, but you should have told me! I could have helped you!”

“You know what is wrong with me?”  She smiled hugely, “Let’s go home and I’ll help you get better.”  Finn looked around, “Huh, the guy left.” He shrugged. “Oh well.” Getting his back pack he gently put her inside. “Let’s go home then.” Marceline agreed, but she had a nagging sensation in the back of her head that she knew the voice from somewhere.

“Sorry master, but your daughter almost caught me as I was talking to the boy.”  “That is alright, we got what we wanted. My daughter is happy and that is all that matters to me. After so many years of not being around my daughter and only causing her pain, it was about time for me to balance out what I had neglected to give to my daughter.”

“But master what if she finds out?  What if others find out of your act of kindness to the boy?”  Hunson Abadeer gets a evil grin on his face, and says,  “They won’t.”  Something stuck him and he felt he was regurgitating something.  Bananas started coming out of his mouth as his master laughed evilly. “No one will ever find out.” His master said maliciously. “Everything has been balanced once again.”

“Finn…” Marceline whispered against Finn’s shoulder as she dug her nails into the skin of his back.  Finn held onto her tightly while kissing her passionately on every surface of her face. She moaned as did he, as they consummated their love for each other.  She had explained to him this was going to make him feel better, but she hadn't said it was going to feel so good.

Her body was so soft and silky beneath his, which was nothing like his rough and hard skin, which she seemed to love. Her legs wrapped themselves around him as she held him in place, he looked at her face and the little light that came through their window, shimmered off her body which was covered lightly in sweat; her eyes half closed and lips swollen by his kisses as her face looked so full of bliss.

He would forever remember this moment.

He had never felt so tired yet so full of energy before.  He caressed every last square millimeter of her skin, and as he touched her the ache would go away.  Then they made love, the culmination of all of his desire, and all of the strange feelings he had been having.  He loved Marceline with all his heart and now he knew that they were forever meant to be.

This was the greatest moment of his life.

After the Henchmen Games, Finn and Marceline have admitted they like-like each other.  They move in together, but something is not quite right with the new couple.
